Judgment reserved in Thales and Zuma case

Judgment has been reserved in the permanent stay of prosecution application by former president Jacob Zuma and French arms company Thales in the Pietermaritzburg High court.

The matter was presided over by a full bench. Zuma and Thales face charges of corruption, fraud, money laundering and racketeering in connection with the controversial arms deal of the 1990's.
