Former General Secretary of the Messianic Churches Buyisile Ngqulwana stands firm on his allegations about ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule's hand in the formation of the African Transformation Movement (ATM).
In his response to Magashule defamation lawsuit, Ngqulwana signed an affidavit with details of events leading up to the registration of the ATM as a political party. He alleges that Magashule instructed the Director General of the Free State Province, Kopung Ralikotsane to pay money to the ATM Foundation to fund the formation of the ATM.
The ATM has also sued Ngqulwana for R22 million in damages for defamation.
